| Duties | 1. Operational Manager of the Overall project activities at the provincial level.
2. Supervision of the project activities planning, coordination and implementation.
3. Monitoring and evaluation of the projects.
4. Ensuring that the objectives of the projects are reached at timely manner and in accordance to the project schedule.
5. Proposing adjustments of the projects according to the needs and the evolution of the situation.
6. Regular reporting to the Country Director.
Team management:
1. Management / Supervision of the project team at provincial level.
2. Organizing team meetings.
3. Evaluation and appraisal of project staff and assessment of needs for training requirements.
4. Participation to the recruitment of the staff for the project.
5. Attending preparatory and follow-up meeting on regular basis
6. Planning all aspects of the project
7. Developing the project and being creative.
8. Completing the project and staying in budget. (Project Manager will be responsible for creating a plan, which will be confined to an over-all budget)
9. The person will hand pick their team to assist, in completing or developing different parts of the project. They must keep track of all hours and progress completed, by each team member during the project.
10. Also, they will identify all resources that the project may need to used, in order to complete the project.
11. Project Manager is responsible for the scheduling of a complex project involving many different tasks from start to finish.
Reporting:
1. Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to the Head of Mission.
2. Participation in proposal and report writing. |
| Qualification | 1. University Degree in one of the following fields: Civil/structural Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil and construction management.
