| Background of Organization |

| The founding of Tolo Services and Cultural Organization (TSCO) is based on very simple philosophy, that people everywhere are entitled to live in an environment that is just and equitable, and pursue a life of dignity and fulfillment. The goal of civil society is to ensure that people are helped to lead better lives.
TSCO has been established in 2003 and registered with Ministry of Plan, then registered in 21/04/2006 by Ministry of Economy.
TSCO works as meaningful way to bring about change. This NGO works to help for building of strong communities by conducting of useful projects in various fields.
TSCO works with people and communities in need, sharing with them their knowledge and skills, and building capabilities. We believe many Afghans, especially youths (boys and girls) would like to contribute to this effort.
TSCO is going to contribute for development and progress of Afghan nation with cooperation of world communities, government and national institutes. TSCO shares its knowledge and experience with others to implement the projects in good mood and fill some of the gab in the country.
Afghan people must make a deliberate effort to reach out to other people to help build a better world.

| Objectives: |
•To provide the education situation for both male and female in the
capital and also provinces with primary focus on the women groups live in the mostly deprived and remote areas of Afghanistan.
• To provide the literacy process for interested illiterate people both male and female.
• To provide the materials for basic health and civic education program.
• To encourage people to get knowledge through training
sessions about the basic entrepreneurship skills and concepts.
• To provide the situation for people both male and female on
how to work for economic prosperity and self sustainability.
• To promote and extend the public awareness programs in remote areas of the country.
• To upgrade their skills and professionally on micro and
small entrepreneurship projects like tailoring, embroidery, poultry, dairy, and others.
