Children are what you first notice about the
Noor Education
Center
as it is located in a school for orphans at the Kacha Gari camp.
Here, NEN offers free classes in literacy, tailoring and the Koran
to sixty orphans and thirty widows from the camp. To pay the teachers,
NEN also allows others to join the classes for a small fee. There
is a happy atmosphere in the center, as all involved feel lucky
to be working here.
